the accomodation is beautiful situated on the first floor of an renovated old farmhouse. The kitchen is well equipped and in great shape, the living room is spacious and can accommodate 6 adults easily. All bed rooms are beautiful and equipped with antique furniture fitting the farmhouse style, we instantly felt at home. For children there is a lot of toys, puzzles and books (mostly in Czech) and some small furniture. The courtyard is a magnificent view with an ivy covered barn, a grass field for relaxing equipped with garden chairs and outdoor hammock and a well equipped BBQ. In addition, there are alot of different outdoor toys for childrens and adults alike available. out the backdoor you find a big park with public beach volleyball court, sitting area and spacious grassland shadowed by big trees to relax all surrounded by the river Ohre. One of the most peaceful and beautiful accommodation we ever stayed, my family and I enjoyed our stay very much!

Pobyt na Letním bytě jsme si velmi užily. Byt je krásný, velmi prostorný a čistý a navíc krásně a vkusně zrenovovaný. S paní majitelkou byla perfektní komunikace. Velmi doporučujeme a rády se někdy vrátíme.

Wir waren zwei Familien mit vielen Kindern und Hund und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit über Weihnachten und Neujahr.Die Unterkunft ist schön, top ausgestattet und alles ist sehr gemütlich. Direkt am Fluss Eger gelegen, kann man wunderbar spazieren und rausgehen. Es gibt zahlreiche Spielmöglichkeiten inkl. einem Trampolin- klasse!Unweit ist auch die Hasenburg und größere Ortschaften wie Louny, wo man gut einkaufen oder etwas unternehmen kann. Wir empfehlen die Spielplätze in Orasice & Pocedelice.Was man noch sagen kann ist, dass es zu Silvester relativ ruhig zugeht und es ohnehin eine sehr ruhige Gegend ist. Vielleicht ist das ja nützlich für Menschen (mit Tieren), die Silvesterkrach nicht mögen, so wie wir.Wir möchten auch auf diese Wege nochmal unseren herzlichen Dank aussprechen an Lenka- eine tolle, freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir kommen sicher auch im Sommer mal vorbei.

Lenka and Frankie are wonderful hosts! Their house is in beautiful, quiet countryside, and perfect for our multi-generational trip. The garden is lovely, and the property runs right down to the river, so lots of room to roam. Would love to go back, especially in plum season;))

The house is unique and classy, with beautiful, well kept old furniture. Beautiful wooden floors. It is a perfect place for a family stay. Lenka and her family are helpful and kind (also treated us with delicious peaches and tomatoes). I will remember that stay for a long time.

Wir haben das Wochenende zu fünft (3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) bei Lenka verbracht. Lenka hat uns freundlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Es war ausreichend Platz für uns und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Kinder haben sich direkt mit dem ganzen Spielzeug beschäftigt. Hinter dem Haus findet man ganz viel Platz zum Spielen und zusammen sitzen. An bestimmten Tagen hat der Pavillon am Fluss geöffnet, wo man Getränke und Snacks kaufen kann. Uns hat es gut gefallen und wir können Lenka und ihre Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Perfect for families with children. The apartment offers lots of activities we could enjoy in the park right behind the house, and the nearby Ohře River which has clean water that’s great for swimming. Our kids loved the playroom — it was packed with games and toys — and the yard is full of fun activities for both children and adults. The hosts were very friendly and took great care of us. Highly recommended.

Prachtig sfeervol appartement op de woonboerderij van Lenka! Zwemrivier (langzaam stromend) met strandje iets verderop. Kinderen konden lekker in de tuin spelen of op het naastgelegen veld naast de rivier. Veel speelgoed binnen en op het gezamenlijk veld buiten. Aldaar ook fietsjes en een grote zandbak te gebruiken. 1 uur van Zwitsers Bohemen, maar ook van Praag. Wij hebben genoten in deze rustige uitvalsbasis. En Lenka is geweldig, altijd behulpzaam en vooruitdenkend in wat wij mogelijk nodig zouden hebben, heel lief! Van spullen voor het roosteren van marshmallows tot een fatboy om op te zitten. Aanrader!

Sehr schönes gemütliches Bauernhaus, ideal für einen kleinen Urlaub auf dem Lande. Die Familie war auch vor Ort und wirklich sehr nett, die Oma hat uns viele Kirschen geschenkt 😉 Die Kommunikation war problemlos und wir können es herzlich weiter empfehlen!

Our stay at Lenka's house was just beautiful. We spend one weekend as a friend group there and we had the best time. Lenka is the most friendly host. She was always kind and happy to answer any questions we had, before and during our stay. The area around the property is amazing as well, we did little yoga sessions there and even played a match of football. I can imagine this airbnb would be a good fit for families because there's so much space to run around and discover for the kids. This house is amazing for everyone who wants to spend a relaxing weekend away. Thank you so much! 🙂
